HAYSA Coach Scheduling & Field Availability
This page is designed to give HAYSA coaches a clear, up‑to‑date view of field availability,
upcoming home games, and open practice times. You can quickly see what fields are free,
when practices may be scheduled, and where game reschedules can fit. Everything you need to
plan your team’s field usage is organized in one place.
How to Use This Page
Use the checkboxes inside the scheduler to switch between field locations.
Turn on the Practice Only filter to highlight times when practices may be scheduled.
The calendar refreshes periodically, but updates may take up to an hour to appear.
For questions, changes, cancellations, or to request a practice time, use the floating
Request a Practice Time button to email the appropriate board members.
